Mrs. Naina Shah (Managing Director) overseas the entire operations. With her vast experience and skill set, she has put an emphasis on new and better technology as a means for improving the value proposition of the product. Her 'hands on' approach has led to the creation and development of a unique management system, which contributes to the good control, and awareness of the production process.

Mr. Jayesh Shah (Director) has an in-depth knowledge of embroidered garments and is well versed with international trading. He is responsible for managing clients falling under the embroidered textiles division.

Mr. Sanil Shah (Director) joined the business in 2005. He was educated at the London College of Fashion, where he gained an honours degree in Fashion Management. He has further gained a post-graduate degree in Family Managed Businesses at the S.P.Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai. He is in primarily in charge of developing new clients, markets and products. He also looks into the day-to-day operations of the business.

Mr. Sagar Shah (Director) joined the business in 2009. He has completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University (Washington D.C.) in 2007 where he graduated with honours. Having double majored in Finance & Economics, he went on to work with Bank of America in London in the Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors Group, where he was responsible for deal structuring and due diligence. He is presently controlling the Finance & Accounting division of the company.

Mrs. Payal Shah (Home Décor Consultant) ) joined the business in 2005. She was educated at the Sophia Polytechnic as a Textile Designer and further went on to London College of Fashion, where she studied Accessory Design. She heads the home décor division, which caters to projects that range from thematic residential spaces to bigger avenues that include commercial and institutional projects, such as business and luxury hotels.
